Your gameplay lives on your device. We don't run accounts, we don't sell data, and the only third-party data collection is the advertising SDK that keeps the game free — which you can limit via your device settings and the in-app consent options.
Game progress, scores, settings, unlocked cosmetics, and a randomly generated player ID are stored locally on your device. You can erase all of it at any time via Settings → Delete my data in the app. We cannot access it.

The optional Remove-Ads purchase is processed entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play. We never see your payment details. Purchase state ("ads removed") is stored on your device; use "Restore purchases" on a new device.
If global tournaments are enabled, submitting a score sends: your chosen display name, your random player ID, the score, seed/level, run duration, and an anonymous integrity hash of your inputs to our leaderboard database (Google Firebase Firestore, https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy). No email, no contacts, no precise location. Scores may be visible to other players alongside your display name. To remove a submitted score, email us with your player ID (shown in Settings).
If a free-entry prize promotion is active, winners who claim a prize provide contact details by email, used solely for eligibility verification and prize delivery, retained only as long as law requires. See the Official Rules in the app for details.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are configured for general audiences. If sweepstakes are active they are strictly 18+.
Depending on your region (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to processing of personal data. For device-local data, use Delete my data in Settings. For ad-related data, use the consent controls above and Google's tools. For anything else, email skydog8426@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA; opt-out of personalized advertising is available via the consent options above.
We'll update this policy here and bump the date above. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
